Building Capacity, Transforming Communities
The Organization for Development of Economic Social and Capacity Building (ODESC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the economic and social well-being of communities through strategic capacity-building initiatives. We empower individuals and communities to achieve sustainable development and equitable growth. Established in 2016 in Afghanistan, ODESC addresses critical needs and fosters long-term development in vulnerable regions.
Message from our Director General
At a time when Afghanistan faces complex humanitarian, social, and developmental challenges, our commitment to serving communities remains unwavering. As Director of this organization, I firmly believe that sustainable change is achieved not through short-term solutions, but through long-term vision, local engagement, and collective responsibility.
Our organization was founded on the principles of human dignity, equity, and community empowerment. We work closely with vulnerable populations to create opportunities, strengthen resilience, and support pathways toward self-reliance. Every program we implement is guided by transparency, accountability, and a deep respect for the communities we serve.
Despite ongoing challenges, we see hope in the strength of our people. From education and health to livelihoods and community development, our team is committed to delivering meaningful impact through collaboration with local stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries. We believe that progress is possible when trust, knowledge, and compassion come together.
I extend my sincere gratitude to our dedicated staff, volunteers, partners, and supporters who continue to stand with us. Your commitment makes our mission possible. Together, we will continue to work toward a future where every individual has the opportunity to live with dignity, security, and hope.
Thank you for your trust and support.
