In Nangarhar Province, ODESC staff successfully completed a 6-day pre-service training for teachers under the SDL project in April 2026.

A total of 70 facilitators (women and men) from Bati Kot, Rodat, and Ghani Khel districts participated in the training. They were oriented on project objectives, teaching methodologies, integration of literacy with vocational skills, and their roles and responsibilities.

The sessions were interactive and engaging, with participants demonstrating strong understanding and readiness to begin class implementation.
