On 19 January 2026, a coordination meeting was held between ODESC management and the technical staff of the HER-AF2 Health Project in Faryab Province, Afghanistan. The meeting focused on reviewing the overall progress of the project, ongoing activities, and key achievements to date. Technical staff presented updates on implementation status, challenges faced in the field, and practical recommendations to enhance effectiveness and service delivery. ODESC management provided guidance and strategic direction to ensure that project activities remain aligned with planned objectives. The meeting concluded with agreement on follow-up actions and reaffirmed the commitment of both management and technical teams to the successful implementation of the HER-AF2 project in Faryab Province.
