The tender opening process for the procurement of tailoring/embroidery and vegetable farming and food processing tool kits, implemented under the UNESCO-funded literacy-based training project in Nuristan Province, took place at the ODESC NGO main office.
To promote transparency, accountability, and donor confidence, representatives from UNESCO, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs attended the session.
